    Business Buildings Insurance
When you’re shopping for Commercial Building Insurance, there is a lot to learn. For instance, some commercial building insurance applies to the property's structure only while some covers equipment and inventory inside the structure. Others cover personal injury or death that occurs on the grounds. Depending on your circumstances you may choose one or all of these.

    Types of Commercial Building Insurance
The two most popular types of commercial building insurance are "named-peril" and "all-risk" policies. A named-peril policy covers property for specific hazards mentioned in the contract. For example, a named-peril policy might mention fire and explosions, while excluding floods and tornados.

All-risk policies are the opposite. An all-risk policy covers every hazard except those specifically mentioned in the policy. Most business owners find that all-risk commercial building insurance is adequate for their coverage needs.
